At Premier Yarns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused yarn in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the yarn is in its original packaging with all labels attached, and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
